Bought this for my lady. After two years of daily use and occasional travel, the only visible wear and tear are the tension straps. Very good design. Also, it really works! My wife's friends are very impressed- and they're a tough bunch.

I was so glad to find this. Used it on my dog for his IVDD. He doesn't notice it but is happy to get extra attention. I used it on my sore wrist and it works for that as well. Saved me a lot of money.

This is easy to use, and my little dog loves getting a treatment. I started out super-nervous about her eyes (and mine), but as long as you keep the light away from eyes, it is not a problem. I did see immediate improvement in my dog's pain, and after 2 weeks of using it, she seems to be pain-free.

This works excellent on my old dogs aches and pains. It sets for 3 minutes at a time so you can't over do it. I have also used it on myself with reasonable results

I bought this for my mom to use on my fur-siblings, both suffer from IVDD both ate miniature doxies. My mom does 2 - 3 minute sessions on each of them They get it done in the morning after breakfast and at night after dinner but right before bed. It helps relax them. They look for it and when my mom grabs the case, they both actually climb into their spots to get it done. One lays beside her and the other in her lap. My mom also uses it on her thumb because she had surgery done and still has pain. She said it actually helps. She's been using it for a few months. She does need to charge it every 2 to 3 days. She does cover their eyes with a blanket when using it.My mom said she highly recommends this.

I bought this device on the recommendation of my veterinary professional as there are so many different infra red light devices out there it is hard to know which ones are either safe or effective. This one is easy to use, has a timer and is a nice size to use, feeling comfortable in my hand and on my dogs fur. I am very pleased with it so far

I use this 2 times a week and absolutely love it! I love that it comes with a handheld device also. The settings on it are great and has so many purposes. I’ll attach a before and after of my skin ( I got it for severe acne) this is after 3 months of weekly use!
